How an exchange works

1. Contact us to say you'd like to send something back.
2. Mail the item back unwashed with the tags on. It needs to reach us within 10 days of when you contacted us.
3. Once your package arrives, we'll email you the details of your website credit.

Why sales are final

We're a small boutique. Every collection is produced and imported in very limited runs. We don't over-order or mass-produce, and once a style or size sells out it may not return. Working this way lets us:

• Offer unique, limited-edition pieces
• Keep prices fair without large markups
• Avoid waste and overproduction
• Support ethical, small-batch manufacturing

Please check the sizing notes on each product before you buy. If you're unsure, ask us. We're always happy to help you choose the right piece.
